Delivery & Shipment Policy
At Zunaki.com, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery experience for our customers. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Parcel Delivery Process
All orders are shipped as sealed/closed parcels. Customers are required to complete payment first and then receive the parcel from the delivery agent.
Please note:
- Parcels cannot be opened before payment.
- The delivery agent is responsible only for transporting and handing over the parcel.
- Customers are not allowed to inspect, test, or use the product in front of the delivery agent before accepting delivery.
2. No Instant Return or Rejection at Delivery Point
Once the parcel reaches the customer, there is no option to reject, return, or exchange the product instantly at the delivery location based on personal preference or change of mind.
Our products are sold as purchased goods, not as trial items. Therefore, placing an order confirms the customer’s intention to purchase the product.
3. Testing of Tech & Battery-Operated Products
For most electronics, gadgets, and battery-operated products:
- Proper testing may require charging the device for 3–6 hours before first use.
- Some products may require pairing or configuration with a mobile device or app.
- Such setup may require time and technical understanding.
For this reason:
- Delivery agents will not wait for charging, setup, or testing.
- Customers cannot request testing support from the courier company.
- Any technical assistance or product guidance will be provided directly by our support team after delivery.
4. Customer Support After Delivery
If customers face any issue regarding product usage, setup, or operational concerns after receiving the parcel, they are requested to contact our support team directly.
We encourage customers to reach out to us for:
- Product setup assistance
- Technical guidance
- Warranty-related issues
- Delivery-related concerns
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers must record a complete unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel and before using the product.
This video is mandatory for any claim related to:
- Missing items in the package
- Wrong product delivery
- Damaged product on arrival
Important conditions:
- The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from the sealed condition.
- Edited or incomplete videos may not be accepted as valid proof.
6. Replacement for Seller Error
If, after investigation, it is confirmed that:
- The wrong product was sent from our side, or
- Any item was missing from the package due to our error,
then Zunaki.com will arrange replacement at our own delivery cost, subject to verification.
7. Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on location:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–7 business days
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier operational issues
- Public holidays
- Natural events or political disruptions
8. Acceptance of Policy
